Preliminary Design Meeting
Every project starts as an idea and at Yards Unlimited we encourage you to dream big! When planning your landscape project, we need to focus on what your typical day in your yard looks like, also what you want it to look like in the future. Consider an outdoor dining space for warm summer nights. Perhaps an outdoor fireplace for entertaining after sundown. There is a unique landscape to suit every need!
A designer will contact you to set up a convenient time to meet you at your home. This visit will be to discuss your needs and get to know you a little better to provide you with the best suggestions for your home and lifestyle.
The cost is $200.00 (+ HST) for approximately an hour to an hour and a half. Should you decide to continue to a full scale, detailed design, the cost will depend upon the scope of your project.
Design
Once you have completed your preliminary design meeting and made your wish list, we will work with you to create a landscape plan that meets your personal needs and reflects your lifestyle. You will meet with your designer in Ottawa’s only in-office landscape design studio to begin seeing your inspired outdoor living space become a reality.
The design process allows you to see and consider your options: elements to be included in your yard, expressions of your personal style and preferences with respects to materials, colours and textures. This will ensure that the final result will suit your needs and lifestyle, compliment your space and fit your budget.
Build
After the design has been agreed upon, we can begin to discuss the construction phase. We will send out a specialized team of landscape construction master craftsmen, soft scape horticulturalists, and/or carpentry experts depending on your unique project needs.
Customer support is available throughout the entire building process and we will work closely with you to ensure that your vision comes to life.
