Our Design Studio
We proudly provide the only in-office landscape design studio in Ottawa. Here you can relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and work with your designer, all while watching your landscape vision come to life. Coloured designs are available in both two and three-dimensional renderings displayed on our large viewing screen.

Our Team
Our permanent staff members have many years of experience and professional training behind them including Landscape Industry Certification and Horticultural Diplomas. We have three full-time designers on staff, ready to bring beauty, functionality, and creativity to your home and yard.
Stephanie Scott - Designer
Stephanie’s background in Graphic Design and involvement in her family garden centre gives her a strong appreciation for horticulture and a keen eye for design. Her 12 years of Landscape Design and project management experience allow her to be attentive to the creative details, but her real passion comes from creating spaces for her clients that relay a sense of place and timeless beauty. She designs with the belief that the process should be as exciting and fun for the client as the end result. Stephanie continues to create one-of-a-kind designs that are both beautiful and functional. Stephanie is an award-winning designer who has received multiple Awards of Excellence from Landscape Ontario.
Jeff Rolland - Designer
Jeff spent the first 22 years of his professional life in the Hi-Tech industry as a Draftsman and PCB Layout Designer. With a passion for landscaping that had been steadily growing for 20 years his next move was to enter into the landscape trade and begin his career as a designer and installer for gardens and water features. While the installation part of landscaping provided the opportunity of exercising of his creative forces, the elements of design still held the greatest power and the passion and so with that Jeff pursued a career move with Yards Unlimited Landscaping as a Landscape Designer. Having now worked with hundreds of clients and projects, Jeff is continuously motivated to create beautiful outdoor spaces for clients to enjoy their surroundings. Jeff has obtained his Certified Landscape Designer (CLD) classification through Landscape Ontario (LO) and the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA). Jeff is an award winning designer who has received multiple Awards of Excellence from Landscape Ontario
Blaise Mombourquette - Designer
Blaise’s passion for landscape design stems from desire to bring people together in nature. From his earliest years he enjoyed spending time in the garden and maintaining his family’s property. Coupling his years of experience working in the landscape construction industry with his technical education in landscape design, Blaise brings a unique and down to earth approach to every landscape project. Blaise obtained a Horticultural Industries Diploma at Algonquin College then went on to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in Horticulture at Olds College in Alberta. He has won multiple provincial and national awards for landscape design and construction. Blaise is motivated by the challenge to create a beautiful design while maintaining functionality in the landscape. He enjoys finding new ways to integrate technology to better express his design concepts and to streamline the process. His passion for creativity and helping others makes the landscape design process both easy and enjoyable.
Blaise has designations as a Certified Landscape Designer (CLD) and a Fusion Landscape Professional (FLP) with Landscape Ontario and the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association.
